Adding Bandwidth Overage Protection to My Account

Here's the Lowdown: In the Support section of the Hosting Control Center, you can easily add Bandwidth Overage Protection to your dedicated or virtual dedicated server.

NOTE: Bandwidth Overage Protection cannot be added to an account when it is already over its allotted bandwidth.

Adding Bandwidth Overage Protection

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Servers.
  3. Next to the hosting account you want to modify, click Launch Manager.
  4. Under the Support section, click the Bandwidth Options icon.
  5. Select the Change Status checkbox.
  6. Click Continue.
  7. Confirm your Bandwidth Overage Protection change, and then click Submit.
