Managing the Multiple Calendars View
In the Calendar multiple calendars view, you can add and remove calendars and manage the displayed events for enabled calendars.
NOTE: You can view up to four calendars at one time.
To Add or Remove Calendars in the Multiple Calendar View
- Log in to your Calendar account.
 - Expand the Multiple Calendars View list in the navigation panel on the left.
 - To open a list of your calendars, click the Select Calendars button.
 - To add a calendar, select the calendar.
 - To remove a calendar, clear the checkbox.
 - Click OK.
Your enabled calendars display in the View Multiple Calendars pane. 
To Show Events in the Multiple Calendar View
- Click the plus sign (+) of the enabled calendar.
 
To Hide Events in the Multiple Calendar View
- Click the minus sign (-) of the enabled calendar.
 
CAUTION: To remove calendars from the display, you must disable them in the Select Calendars list.
