Marking Messages as Read or Unread
Through Web-Based Email, you can mark received messages as read or unread.
To Mark a Message as Read or Unread
- Click the name of the folder that contains the message you want to mark.
 - Select the check boxes of one or more email messages.
 - From the Apply This Action list, select Mark as Unread or Mark as Read.
 - Click Apply.
