Moving a Message While Creating a Folder
While organizing your email messages in Web-Based Email, you can create folders and subfolders at the same time as moving your message.
To Move a Message and Create a Folder
- Click the name of the message and, while holding your mouse button down, drag it to the New Folder hyperlink.
 - Release the mouse button.
The New Folder dialog box displays. - In the Folder Name field, type the name of the folder.
 - To make the folder a subfolder, from the As a sub-folder of list, select the main folder.
 - Click OK.
