Scheduling Tasks
Through Web-Based Email's calendar feature, you can schedule tasks, as well as assign tasks to others and set task priorities.
To Schedule a Task
- Click the Calendar button.
- Click Add Detailed Task.
- In the Task field, type the subject of the task.
- To specify a due date, from the Due Date list, select a date.
- To set a priority for the task, from the Priority list, select a priority level.
- To add details about the task, in the text box, type the details.
- From the Status list, select a status.
- To notify someone of a task or assign the task to another person, in the Notify/Assign field, type the name of the person.
- Click Save.
