Creating Custom Fields in Your Address Book
You can create a custom field in your Web-Based Email Address Book so that you can include additional information about your contact, such as the contact's birthday. You can add up to four custom fields.
To Create a Custom Field in Your Address Book
- From the Address Book menu, click Add New Contact.
- In one of the Custom fields, click the Rename hyperlink.
- In the Rename Field dialog box, type the name of the field.
- Click Update.
- Continue entering contact information.
