Setting Approval and Notification Options for New Comments
With the WebSite Tonight Guestbook, you can Set the Approval and Notification Options for New Comments.
To Set Approval and Notification Options for New Comments
- Log in to your WebSite Tonight account.
- From the Add-Ons menu, select Guestbook.
- Click Manage Guestbook Entries.
- In the Guestbook Administration box, enter the following:
- WebSite Tonight Domain
- Enter the domain name of the WebSite Tonight account in which you are currently working.
- User Name
- Enter the user name you entered when setting up your guestbook.
- Password
- Enter the password you entered when setting up your guestbook.
- Click Log In. The Guestbook Settings page displays.
- In the Approval Type for New Comments section, select one of the following:
- Manual
- Your approval is required before new applicants may join your forum.
- Automatic
- Allows new applicants to receive forum membership without your approval.
- Send Email Notification When a New Comment is Added
- Select this option if you want to receive an email message every time a comment is added to your guestbook.
