By removing the link to a shared folder, you remove permissions for others to access the folder and its contents.

To Remove the Link to a Shared Folder

  1. Log in to Online File Folder.
  2. Go to the Files tab.
  3. Select the folder you want to unshare.

    NOTE: To select multiple files at once, hold down the Control button and click the folders you are unsharing.

  4. Click the Actions menu button, represented by a chevron or down arrow.
  5. Click More.
  6. Click Unshare.
  7. Click OK
