Previewing Synchronization Actions

The preview lists the files that are affected by the Online File Folder synchronization. For each file, the preview lists the action that will be taken for the file:
- File
- Displays the filenames of the files affected by synchronization.
- Action
- The action to be performed on the file.
- Source
- Displays the location of the most recent file, either on Your Computer or in your Online File Folder.
- Last Modified
- Displays the date and time that the most current file was last modified.
- Size
- Displays the file's size.
In addition, a summary at the bottom of the page lists the number of files that will be added, replaced, or deleted.
To Preview Synchronization Actions
- From the Syncs list, select the sync you want to preview.
- If necessary, click Edit and make any necessary updates to your selected folders or sync options, and then click OK.
- Click Preview to view the actions, as follows, that will occur during synchronization.
- Add
- Indicates the file will be added to the destination folder.
- Replace
- Indicates the file has been modified since the last synchronization and will replace the older file in the destination folder.
- Delete
- Indicates the file was removed from the source folder and will be deleted from the destination folder.
- Click Transfer to synchronize the selected folders, or click Cancel to return to your Sync list.
