Sending and Viewing Messages

With the Design Manager, you can send a message to your design specialist. You can also view your message history. If your design specialist left you a message, it is important that you respond quickly to ensure that your project is completed according to schedule.
To Send a Message to Your Design Specialist
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- From the My Products section, select Custom Web Site Design, or Logo Design.
- Click Launch next to the account you want to work with.
- If you have multiple accounts, a list displays. Select the account you want to use.
- From the Design Manager home page, go to the Messages tab.
- In the Leave a message area, enter a message for your designer.
- Click Send.
To View Your Message History
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- From My Products, select Custom Web Site Design, or Logo Design.
- Click Launch next to the account you want to work with.
- If you have multiple accounts, a list displays. Select the account you want to use.
- From the Design Manager home page, go to the Messages tab.
- In the Messages section, click (+) to open a message.
