Requesting an Update to Your Web Site
Using the Design Manager, you can easily request updates to your Web site.
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- From My Products, select Custom Web Site Design, or Logo Design.
- Click Launch next to the account you want to use.
- A list displays if you have multiple accounts. If necessary, select the account you want to use.
- From the Design Manager home page, click Design Updates (located on the top, right of the page).
- Click the Create New Project hyperlink next to the account you want to update. If the hyperlink does not display, your designer is currently designing or updating your site. For information about sending a message to your designer, see Sending and Viewing Messages.
- In the Update Request field, describe the changes you are requesting.
- Click Submit Request. Your site will be updated shortly. You will be contacted with any questions from the design team.
