Why does WebSite Complete want me to pay the registration fee again?

If you have already paid the registration fee, you can have WebSite Complete access your account for confirmation. Follow these steps to take advantage of this feature:

  1. Go to the Final Steps tab of your WebSite Complete project.
  2. Click on the left Start button under Web Site Hosting.
  3. Click on the New button.
  4. Click Connect to the Internet.
  5. At the bottom of the Welcome Screen, if you have already purchased a hosting account through our Web site, use the Click Here link to look up your account details.
  6. Enter your domain name in the box that opens.
  7. Click Lookup Details at the bottom.
    8. You should now see a screen showing your hosting details. Close the window and try to publish again. The software should not try to charge you.
