What is the purpose of the Site Map?
The Site Map Page is one of the ways WebSite Complete ensures that visitors will have no trouble navigating your Web site. The buttons and links on the borders, along with the Search Page, also underscore the importance of making it easy for your visitors to find what they need. This is especially important if you are creating a business site.
The Site Map is part of every project by default and it can only be customized in a limited fashion. You can format the text, delete links, and edit text where it already exists. The link column on the left cannot be positioned elsewhere on the page, nor can pictures, tables or other data be added to the right.
WebSite Complete updates the Site Map on its own whenever you add a new page. It is recommended that you do not make any changes to the Site Map until after you have finished adding pages.
