Setting Up Online File Folder

Once you have purchased Online File Folder, you need to log in to your account and set it up. Once the set up is complete, it may take up to 30 minutes for your Online File Folder account to become active.

To Set Up Your Online File Folder

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. In the My Products section, click Online File Folder.
  3. Click Setup Account.
  4. In the User Name field, type your user name.
  5. In the Enter your Password and Confirm Password fields, type your password.
  6. Click Continue.
  7. (Optional) From the Email Accounts list, associate your Online File Folder with an existing email account.
  8. Click Continue.
