Deleting Domain Registrations
You can delete a domain so that it is no longer registered to you. Depending on the type of domain you deleted, the registry may hold it at the registry before releasing it for other users to register. You may be able to re-register the domain, subject to additional registration fees.
Deleting your domain does not entitle you to a refund of any part of your registration fee.
WARNING: Deleting a domain is a permanent action.
To Delete a Domain
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- In the My Products section, click Domain Manager.
- Use the checkbox(es) to select the domain name(s) you want to delete.
- Click Delete Selected.
- In the Delete Domain box, read the deletion warning.
- To delete the domain, select Delete domain(s).
- Click OK.
