This HostingDude.com ConsoliDate Expiration Consolidation Agreement ("Agreement") is by and between HostingDude.com ("HostingDude.com"), a/an individual and you, your heirs, agents, successors and assigns ("You"), and is made effective as of the date of electronic execution. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of Your use of HostingDude.com's ConsoliDate Expiration Consolidation Services (the "Services") and represents the entire agreement between You and HostingDude.com. By using the Services, You acknowledge that You have read, understand and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and the Universal Terms of Service, along with any new, different or additional terms, conditions or policies which HostingDude.com may establish from time to time.

All HostingDude.com policies and agreements related to Your use of this service are incorporated herein and made part of this Agreement by reference, including the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (“UDRP”). By purchasing HostingDude.com's services, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement and any other policies or agreements made part of this Agreement by reference, as well as any new, different or additional terms, conditions or policies which HostingDude.com may establish from time to time, and any agreements that HostingDude.com is currently bound by or will be bound by in the future.

You understand and acknowledge that the Services may only be used to consolidate the expiration of .com and .net domain names. The Services may not be used to consolidate domains that are on Registrar HOLD, Registry HOLD, or pending Transfer status. You acknowledge that the Services may only be used to push the expiration date of Your domains forward in time, at least one month forward and no more than ten years forward, and then, only for a period lasting less than 12 months. Once the Services have been used to consolidate domains, the new expiration date may not be reversed. To ensure that the Services are not abused or used as an alternative to renewals, you may only use the Services on each domain once in any 12-month period. The Services may only be used on domain names that have not passed their expiration date. In order to change the expiration date again, you will be required to renew the domain name first.

You further understand and acknowledge that the Services may only be used to coordinate domains where HostingDude.com is the registrar of record. Domains not registered with HostingDude.com must be transferred before HostingDude.com can perform the Service.

HostingDude.com has no obligation to monitor Your use of the Services. HostingDude.com reserves the right to review Your use of the Services and to cancel the Services in its sole discretion. HostingDude.com reserves the right to terminate Your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.

HostingDude.com reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as HostingDude.com deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in HostingDude.com's sole discretion.
