I am trying to set up my Online File Folder as a Web Folder and I am getting the error 'The folder you entered does not appear to be valid.' What should I do?

If you are getting an error that states your folder is invalid, first verify that the address looks like this, replacing "username" with your Online File Folder username:
https://www.onlinefilefolder.com/webdav/index.php/username/
If you are still having problems, download Microsoft's Web Folders update.
